2.      A written or printed receipt available for all purchases.

3.      All guarantees, warranties, and promises given in writing before any work is done (contractors only).

4.      Cash payments are not mandatory.  Checks and credit cards widely accepted. 

5.      Full Payment is not required before work is done by any contractor. 

6.      Punctuality assured.  All appointments are on-time (within 3 hour window) or customer is PAID $25 for any late appointments.

7.      Courtesy call the day before (All) and 1 hour before appointment time (contractors only)

8.      Going above and beyond the standard is mandatory.

9.      All businesses have a verified physical street address – no P.O. Boxes!
